Jenna was born and raised in Regina. She worked as an assistant for a few years before leaving the veterinary medicine field, however has now found her way back! Jenna is fear free certified and is an Equine First Aid Instructor. Jenna has 3 Canadian horses, Zeke, Alleya, and Gracey. She also has a cat, Beau, who has been her best bud since she rescued him in 2019. She also has a senior dachshund X, Maggie, and a senior lab X, Jaycee.
The thing she loves most about working in veterinary medicine is being able to help animals and be an advocate for them everyday. Jenna is grateful to be a part of a team who is passionate about the care and wellbeing of animals who provide unconditional love and acceptance.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her horses, from grooming to showing, trail riding, barrel racing, obstacle changes and mounted shooting. She also enjoys fishing, camping, kayaking, hiking, and snuggling up with her dogs, cat, and a good book.
If Jenna could be any animal, she would be a horse. Horses can carry heavy loads when needed and this represents Jenna’s personality. She is always willing to lend a helping hand and is eager to learn new things and take on new responsibilities.
